BODYBALANCE
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life – a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being. Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
RPM
RPM™ is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. Your RPM™ instructor will lead you and the pack through a journey choreographed to nine tracks of music and incorporating riding positions and speeds to suit the terrain.
BODYATTACK
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! BODYATTACK™ is designed around a 55-minute two-peak format with 11 music tracks and exercises to challenge cardio fitness and stamina.
BODYCOMBAT
BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-contact, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT™ class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results. Your BODYCOMBAT™ instructor will lead you through a series of moves from a range of martial arts to 10 different music tracks.
BOOTCAMP
Dynamic, military inspired workout performed outdoors! Due to its amazing results it has rocked the Globe! Includes muscle strengthening, using functional exercises and aerobic/anaerobic exercise mainly by running, speed drills and plyometric exercises.

FLOOR EXCERCISE
