For each member our specialized personnel designs a Personalized Fitness program based on a health questionnaire and the member’s goals. If necessary a doctor’s opinion is consulted. In addition we offer Body Weight and Body Fat measurements on our client’s request.
Our trainers will then show the Fitness program step by step to the member. The observation and the follow up is continuous in our gym and the personnel is trained and continuously retrained to be able to help in the best way.
Usually a Fitness program is a combination of Strength Training and Aerobic Training.
